The prices are published, so you do not have to request a quote just to find out where we start. They include the hardware, design, installation, configuration, documentation and training.

Prices for private individuals are shown with VAT (21%), those for companies without. We never mix the two in one table.

What is not included

Mains electrical work — carried out by an ANRE-licensed electrician, invoiced separately at the subcontractor price plus 15%.

Hourly rates and additional items

For work outside a package, or beyond what the package covers.

System design and programming: 300 lei / hour; Engineering work: architecture, integration, automations.
Installation and commissioning: 180 lei / hour
On-site intervention, without a subscription: 350 lei / hour; One hour minimum. Not charged to Care subscribers.
Travel: 2.50 lei / km; Beyond 30 km, measured from Sovata or Târgu Mureș.
Device procurement: list price + 25–30%; The price of procurement, warranty handling and responsibility for compatibility. We cannot warrant hardware the customer supplies.
Mains electrical work: subcontractor price + 15%; ANRE-licensed partner. The margin covers coordination and taking responsibility.
Taking over an existing system: from 1,500 lei; For systems built by someone else. A prior audit is mandatory.
Emergency call-out, within 48 hours: +50%; No surcharge for Care Pro subscribers.
