What this covers
These terms apply to RegioHome's services: the audit, design, installation, handover and the Care maintenance subscription. Prices published on this site are indicative and become firm through a written quote.
Two contracts, not one
Design and installation are contracted separately. The audit is the first phase of the design contract. If you stop after the plan, the design work stays paid for and the plan stays ours. Installation is paid in three parts: 40% on signing, 40% when installation begins, 20% at handover. Mains electrical work is carried out by an ANRE-licensed electrician as subcontractor.
The configuration and the rights to it
The configuration code, the dashboards and the automations are the intellectual property of Regio Development SRL. You receive an unlimited, perpetual right to use them for your own property, including the right to hand them to another specialist. You may not resell the configuration as a product.
Warranty
Hardware carries the statutory conformity warranty. We cannot warrant hardware you supply yourself and are not liable for its compatibility. Configuration and integration are fixed at no charge where the fault originates in our work.
Liability
We are liable for our own work, up to the value of the project. We are not liable for outages caused by utility providers, by your internet connection, or by changes made to the system by someone else without our agreement.
