This site uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. An installed RegioHome system processes data in your house, not at ours. Below is exactly what that means.
This site's data
Traffic statistics are collected without cookies and without persistent identifiers: we record the page visited, the referring source and the device type, in aggregate. A person cannot be reconstructed from them, which is why there is no banner for you to dismiss. If you submit the audit form we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write — to reply to you and prepare a quote, and nothing else.
An installed system's data
A RegioHome system runs on a server in your building. Sensor states, consumption history, camera footage and presence data are processed and stored there. We do not transmit them to ourselves, and we do not transmit them to the device manufacturers. Remote access runs over an encrypted private network, not through our servers. If you hold a Care subscription we connect to the system for maintenance only, and only with your agreement; what we see then is not copied out of the building.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for the duration of the commercial discussion and the project's warranty period, then deleted. Traffic statistics are aggregated and contain no personal data. The technical documentation of a delivered system is kept for as long as you are our customer, so that we can help when something breaks.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask for a copy in a common format. Write to us and we reply within 30 days at the latest. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
